With a friendship that started over 6 years ago, Jess Mele and Maureen Conzo began working together the past 3 years as a Grooming and Training Team.  After realizing how well they worked together Jess and Maureen had a vision for the future.  They decided to run a salon together. With a passion for taking care of pets and the love for training the Grateful Dog Grooming was born, a salon that has a down to earth “family atmosphere”.  With a combined total of over 8 years of dog training, Jess and Maureen have the experience.  They are ready to provide extensive care as if your pets were their own.

The selection of retail products that are offered at the Grateful Dog are personal recommendations and is what they believe works and is best for your pets needs.

From helping her parents when they bred standard poodles Jess got the pups ready for their new homes, she knew that helping dogs was her calling.  With two English Mastiffs and a Great Dane at home Jess and Maureen know a thing or two about the large breed dogs.

From Private and Group Training Sessions to Puppy Playgroups, Grateful Dog Grooming has a few “tricks” up its sleeves.
